Telluride Gay Ski Week is an annual event that was founded in 2002. It has become a highly anticipated week-long celebration for both locals and visitors. In 2022, the festival was taken over by SBG Productions, the creative force behind popular events such as Telluride Brews & Blues and the Telluride Jazz Festival. The new and improved event promises to be even more fun-filled, with an opening-day party, daily après ski, pool parties, late-night lounge happenings, and signature events like the White Party.
The festivities extend well into the morning hours. In the past, Telluride Gay Ski Week coincided with the Telluride Aids Benefit fashion show gala, a fundraising event dedicated to HIV/AIDS prevention programs and client care. The festival has grown and expanded over the years and is definitely worth checking out for yourself.
