The excitement around drones is increasing, and for good reason. The technology is steadily getting to the point where high end luxury real estate applications are made possible. Being able to hoist a high resolution camera on a unmanned aircraft has the dramatic ability to capture extraordinary images of our spectacular mountain setting, in addition to, the luxury residences and ranches that we represent.
As the only real estate team in Telluride to currently provide this service to our clientele, with 14 megapixels of still images and HD video recording (1080p and 1080i), the initial footage we are capturing is absolutely stunning (certainly, being in Telluride doesn’t hurt).
