The brewery is situated just a few steps away from the Gondola, serving pub food that is inspired by the Alpine region in a historic stone building that dates back to 1892.
On the menu, guests can indulge in Colorado-made brats, cheesesteak sandwiches, alpine mac and cheese, and homemade roasted beet hummus, with a warm Bavarian pretzel with mustard and beer cheese as a must-try. The centerpiece of the brew pub is the original mahogany bar from the 1880s, while an antique two-story lift, which was once part of the bustling warehouse, sits in the middle of the room, adding to the charm of the place.
