Wood Ear

Wood Ear is a unique restaurant that draws inspiration from both Asian and Texas cuisines. The restaurant’s name pays homage to the wood ear mushroom, which is commonly used in Asian cooking. With this inspiration, General Manager Matthew Arnold and Chef Kevin Bush aim to provide a diverse range of dining experiences that cater to all palates and occasions. While the duo had originally planned to open a ramen shop, they decided to incorporate the flavors of Texas into their menu as a nod to their roots.
