Telluride’s Via Ferrata is an exhilarating experience, reserved for the adventurous. This newly-legal climbing route takes you on a technical and breathtaking journey, along the exposed East end and South-facing wall of Telluride’s boxed canyon. At its most intense, you’ll be suspended at 500 feet on a small iron foothold, secured by a harness. For safety, it’s recommended to use a guide, who will provide the necessary equipment and expertise for this challenging climb. With a guide, you can safely navigate the Via Ferrata and take in the stunning views of the San Juan Mountains.
